Job summary

Grant Thornton UK’s Agile Talent Community invites experienced interim financial accountants to join short- to medium-term projects across CFO Solutions. You’ll deliver finance placements, accounting support, and technical accounting advice for client functions.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified member of a professional accounting body such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience working within Industry in companies with turnover £50m+, ideally FTSE or Top 20 practice in finance capacity.
• Experience of half and full-year-end accounts preparation, audit liaison and monthly management accounts.
• Group Accounts Consolidation and Intercompany accounting.
• Financial reporting under IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, or international GAAP.
• Preparation of year-end statutory accounts and audits.

Responsibilities

• Engage on interim projects delivering accounting support and compliance tasks for client functions.
• Provide finance placement services and technical accounting advisory within CFO Solutions.
