Job summary

Investigo, partnered with a well-established business, is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to provide immediate support during a busy period of change and growth. This hands-on role requires a technically strong qualified accountant who can quickly join the finance team and add value from day one, handling month-end, reporting and controls.

Applicants should be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, with excellent Excel and ERP experience, and a proven ability to work independently in fast-paced

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with strong financial accounting experience.
• Experience preparing monthly management and statutory accounts.
• Experience with audits and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management and statutory accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close activities
• Support year-end audit and liaise with external auditors
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls
• Assist with financial reporting, forecasting and analysis
• Review and improve financial processes and controls
• Support ad hoc projects across the wider finance function
