Job summary

Warwick College Group invites applications for an Interim Finance System Project Manager to lead a major finance system implementation. You will define and execute updates to the Chart of Accounts, ensure robust testing, and manage master data mapping and migration with the chosen software vendor in collaboration with Finance and Digital Services.

The role is temporary, with a go-live target in early December.

Qualifications

• Formal project management qualification or equivalent proven experience.
• Experience coordinating between finance and IT teams is desirable.
• Knowledge of Chart of Accounts design and financial data migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance system implementation project as the key functional lead.
• Define and execute updates to organisational structures and Chart of Accounts.
• Oversee testing protocols, data migration, and configuration scripts.
• Interface between software provider and Finance/Digital Services teams.
• Support post go-live reporting and benefits realisation.
