Job summary

Môrwell Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a values-based charity in the Vale of Glamorgan for an Interim Finance & Resources Manager to provide leadership across finance and business support during a period of organisational review.

This 6-month fixed-term role is hybrid, with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home, offering a competitive salary of £37,740 per annum and scope for handover at the end of the interim period.

Qualifications

• Accountancy qualification or substantial equivalent experience.
• Experience preparing management accounts, budgets and cash-flow forecasts.
• Experience in charity or not-for-profit accounting.
• Proficient with Xero or similar accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day financial management, including budgets and cash flow.
• Oversee grants, contracts and restricted funds reporting.
• Manage payroll, pensions, year-end processes and audits.
• Provide financial insights to the CEO, Leadership Team and Trustees.
• Support HR administration and facilities management.
• Ensure financial controls and governance compliance.
