Qualificações

• Proven experience in a controllership position, ideally in fast-paced matrix organisation.
• Comfortable challenging existing protocols and influencing at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Leading the period-end accounting process, including variance analysis.
• Driving accurate and insightful financial reporting for all budget holders.
• Ensuring strong financial controls and maintaining balance sheet integrity.
• Mentoring and managing a team of four finance professionals.
• Contributing to audit readiness and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
