Job summary

AtkinsClarke is supporting the search for a Finance Manager on a fixed-term basis in Milton Keynes. This hands-on role requires stabilising day-to-day finance operations during a mid‑transition period as the team restructures.

Reporting to the CFO, you will own core finance operations, strengthen cash flow and controls, and lead AP/AR and treasury with a view to rebuilding processes. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience fixing operational finance issues.
• Proven ability to resolve day-to-day finance problems.
• Experience leading AP, AR and treasury processes.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen cash flow management and financial controls.
• Lead AP, AR and treasury during transition.
• Improve reporting and MI for better decision-making.
• Stabilise and rebuild core finance processes with CFO.
• Support staff transitions and new structure bedding-in.
• Operate day-to-day in NetSuite with accuracy.
