Job summary

Talent Locker is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to join their UK-based remote consultancy, delivering ERP transformation projects for a range of clients. You'll guide implementations from planning through go-live, collaborating with functional consultants and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Previous Dynamics experience isn't required, but a track record with Sage, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar helps you transfer your skills into Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM.

Qualifications

• Strong track record delivering projects within budgets, scope and timescales

Are you an experienced ERP Project Manager looking to take your career into the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem?

This is an opportunity to join a specialist Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultancy, delivering ERP transformation projects for a range of clients. Previous Dynamics experience isn't required. If you've successfully delivered ERP implementations using systems such as Sage, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar, you'll have the opportunity to transfer your skills into Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM.

You'll manage implementations from initial planning through to go-live, working closely with clients, functional consultants and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes.

The Role

• Manage end-to-end ERP implementations, including planning, testing, cutover and go-live for small to medium sized projcts
• Own project budgets, scope, timelines, resources and delivery milestones
• Build strong client relationships, managing expectations and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate functional consultants, technical specialists and customer teams
• Manage project risks, dependencies, change requests and delivery challenges
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards
• Support business change and adoption throughout the implementation lifecycle

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience managing ERP implementations, including Sage, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 or other established ERP platforms
• Strong track record of delivering projects against agreed budgets, scope and timescales
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, project teams and competing priorities
• Good understanding of ERP business processes, implementation methodologies and project governance
• Confident client-facing communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience within an ERP consultancy or systems integrator would be advantageous, but isn't essential
