Job summary

CY Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director for a Dudley-based 6-month contract in the construction sector. You will lead the finance function, guide strategic financial decisions, and work with the leadership team to drive change.

The role requires a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA-CIMA) with Finance Director or Head of Finance experience, preferably in construction or project-based environments.

Interim Finance Director | Dudley | 6-Month Contract

A growing construction business is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director to join the organisation during a significant period of change.

Working closely with the leadership team, you will provide strategic and operational financial leadership, ensuring robust financial controls, effective cashflow management, and clear commercial insight to support business performance. You will also play a key role in driving improvements across finance processes, reporting, and wider business operations.
