An established industry player is seeking an Interim Finance Director to lead a finance team during a transitional period. This role requires a strategic mindset and hands-on experience in finance, particularly within the housing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the audit process and managing year-end challenges. This position is to cover a period while the company recruits a permanent member of staff. The role also involves providing support and advice on a finance restructuring. Key responsibilities include supporting the audit process, managing the fallout of the March year-end, and addressing any subsequent issues.
Reporting to: CFO
Team Management: Managing a team of 4 in finance (1 direct report)
Candidates can be based anywhere in England, provided they are willing to travel to Bristol for 2 days a week.
