Role Purpose:

This position is to cover a period while the company recruits a permanent member of staff. The role also involves providing support and advice on a finance restructuring. Key responsibilities include supporting the audit process, managing the fallout of March year-end, and addressing any subsequent issues.

Reporting to: CFO

Team Management:

Managing a team of 4 in finance (1 direct report)

Requirements:

• Experience in the housing sector is essential for this role.
• Understanding of relevant systems, processes, and finance management.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to work across all areas of finance.
• Strategic mindset.

Location Flexibility:

Candidates can be based anywhere in England, provided they are willing to travel to Bristol for 2 days a week.
