A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join its high-performing team on a fixed-term contract basis.

You'll play a pivotal role in translating financial performance into meaningful insights, enabling informed decision‑making across the organisation.
We're looking for a proactive, highly organised finance professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to bring financial data to life for non-finance audiences.
Review management accounts and supporting schedules in line with established business policies, procedures and reporting deadlines.
Deliver core month-end reporting activities and ensure all associated reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Manage corporate cost recharges and support ad hoc recharge activities as required.
Prepare and review half-year and year-end financial statements, together with supporting analysis and disclosures.
Partner with front-line business teams to review costs against budgets and forecasts, providing meaningful challenge and insight.
Monitor and report on business case performance, reviewing planned versus actual expenditure on an ongoing basis.
Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, responding to queries and escalating matters where appropriate.
Maintain and enhance key financial controls, ensuring robust governance and compliance.
Business partner with Corporate Core leadership teams, providing analysis and insight on monthly financial results.
You will be:
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
An experienced management accountant with strong commercial awareness.
Ideally experienced within a financial services environment.
A confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised, methodical and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
