Local Authority is seeking an Interim Finance Analyst to support its Regeneration Division within the Housing & Regeneration Department. The role provides financial management, analysis, and business partnering across revenue and capital budgets for Corporate Estates, Facilities Management, Climate Change & Natural Reserves, Planning & Building Control, and Catering Service.

Qualifications

• Finance experience in local government or public sector.
• Experience managing and monitoring revenue and capital budgets.
• Ability to provide financial advice and challenge to budget holders and senior managers.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using financial systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in regeneration, property, estates or related areas is advantageous.
