Finatal is working with an operating partner of a large-cap private equity fund that needs M&A support based in Leeds. We are looking for a hands-on M&A consultant to support a portfolio CFO with a global industrial business looking to exit in the next 12 months. The focus will be on supporting FDD, managing the data room, liaising with advisors, and running several projects for the CFO around the exit. You’ll work closely with the operating partner and CFO, extracting data from systems to produce financial models and assist advisors with financial questions. The role may involve some travel to European locations.
