Finatal is working with an operating partner of a large-cap private equity fund that requires M&A support based in London. We are seeking a hands-on M&A consultant to assist a portfolio CFO with a global industrial business planning to exit within the next 12 months. Responsibilities include supporting FDD, managing the data room, liaising with advisors, and executing various projects related to the exit. The role involves close collaboration with the operating partner and CFO, extracting data to develop financial models and support advisors with financial inquiries. Some travel to European locations will be required.
