Finatal is working with an operating partner of a large-cap private equity fund that requires M&A support in London. We are seeking a proactive M&A consultant to assist a portfolio CFO with a global industrial business planning to exit within the next 12 months. Responsibilities include supporting FDD, managing the data room, liaising with advisors, and executing additional projects related to the exit. You will collaborate closely with the operating partner and CFO, extract data from various systems to develop financial models, and support advisors on financial inquiries. The role may involve travel to European locations.
