Mana Education is recruiting an Executive Headteacher in Lincoln to provide strategic direction during a period of leadership absence. The role is an ongoing temporary supply with no fixed end date and a leadership pay scale basis.

The successful candidate will balance strategic leadership with hands-on support, ensuring pupil education, safety and wellbeing remain paramount while collaborating with governors and school staff.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of senior leadership in UK schools.
• Experience leading improvement while supporting and developing staff.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and school leadership responsibilities.
• Clear communication and a calm, collaborative leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and continuity of leadership.
• Support senior leaders and staff to maintain high expectations for teaching and behaviour.
• Keep safeguarding, inclusion and pupil wellbeing central to school practice.
• Oversee progress against school improvement priorities.
• Communicate progress with governance and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
