Job summary

Mana Education is recruiting an Executive Headteacher on behalf of a Lincoln school to provide clear direction during leadership absence. The role is an interim assignment with ongoing continuity for pupils, staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in UK schools.
• Experience leading improvement while developing staff.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and leadership responsibilities.
• Clear communication and calm, collaborative leadership style.
• Ability to establish credibility quickly during a period of change.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and continuity of leadership.
• Support senior leaders and staff to maintain high expectations for teaching, learning and behaviour.
• Keep safeguarding, inclusion and pupil wellbeing central to school practice.
• Maintain progress against school improvement priorities.
• Work closely with governance to review priorities and communicate progress.
• Build positive relationships with staff, pupils, families and other stakeholders.
• Overseeing operational priorities within the agreed remit.
