Job summary

Major, Lindsey & Africa is sourcing an experienced corporate/M&A lawyer (circa 10+ PQE) to support a PE-backed healthcare platform expanding across Europe. The role focuses on M&A deal execution through post-completion integration in a fast-growing, international business.

You will advise senior leadership on commercial matters, review documents, coordinate cross-border workstreams and help build governance and risk frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' PQE in corporate/M&A
• Experience with private equity sponsors or PE-backed businesses
• In-house experience preferred but not essential
• Commercially minded and autonomous in a fast-growth environment

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting M&A transactions across multiple European jurisdictions.
• Advising on acquisitions, investments and strategic corporate projects.
• Reviewing and negotiating transaction documents, term sheets and related agreements.
• Managing external counsel and coordinating cross-border legal workstreams.
• Supporting integration activities following completed acquisitions.
• Advising senior stakeholders on legal and commercial risks.
• Assisting with the development of legal processes, governance and risk management frameworks.
• Providing pragmatic legal advice across a range of corporate and commercial matters.
