Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an experienced Estates Surveyor to join its friendly Estates team on an interim basis. You’ll work to maximise income from the council’s commercial property portfolio and improve asset management.

The role covers general practice surveying, supporting acquisitions, disposals and valuations, and reviewing land and property assets to identify opportunities for improvement. MRICS is preferable.

• Experience in general practice surveying and estates management.
• Experience with acquisitions, disposals and valuations.
• Experience reviewing land and property assets to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to provide property advice and collaborate with Estates team.
