You will collaborate with teaching staff to enhance instructional strategies, monitor outcomes, and provide professional development for faculty in curriculum delivery, while engaging with stakeholders to promote the ESOL program.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in curriculum management within an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of ESOL teaching methodologies and assessment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Teaching qualification (e.g., CELTA, DELTA) desirable.
• Minimum of three to five years of experience in curriculum development and management is highly desirable.
