Global technology business is looking for an Employment Lawyer to join on an initial 3-6 month contract starting by mid-May. City location, hybrid working (3/2).

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will have a broad role supporting the UK and international offices with:

advising on both non-contentious and contentious employment matters, working closely with senior management, HR and operational stakeholders
working closely with the HR team to draft and review policies and procedures
monitoring and advising on any changes to employment legislation
providing advice on restructures, consultations, TUPE matters, reward, contracts and restrictive covenants
employee relations matters, investigations, whistleblowing and grievances

You will be 5+ years PQE with experience gained either in a law firm or in-house environment in a similar capacity as a dedicated employment lawyer. A depth of technical knowledge across both international and UK matters is essential, as is the ability to work effectively across a global, complex organisation.
