Responsibilities

• Select and reject manuscripts based on editorial policy and quality.
• Cover for absent colleagues and share knowledge within the team.
• Strengthen the journal's reputation by building relationships with researchers.
• Define topics for Perspective and Review articles and edit manuscripts accordingly.
• Assist team members in manuscript handling and participate in training.
• Support planning of publishing strategy and contribute to technological and operational developments.
• Develop and maintain productive relations with staff and other editors.
