Permanent Futures Limited is recruiting an Interim Deputy Headteacher for a secondary school near Salisbury to lead on behaviour and culture and to raise standards across the campus.

We seek a confident senior leader with a proven track record of improving behaviour, culture and school performance, who can mentor staff and implement clear expectations. Start ASAP, initially until Christmas; full-time preferred, with 4 days per week considered.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of improving behaviour, culture and standards in a secondary school.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate staff.
• Consistent approach to behaviour management and high expectations.
• Available to start ASAP and commit until Christmas.
