Curriculum Manager - Health and Social Care

Number of hours : 36hrs per week

Duration of temporary request : 3 months initially

Working days : 5 days, Mon - Fri

Duties

• Lead and manage curriculum planning, development, and delivery aligned with employer and industry needs.
• Line manage and mentor a team of teaching staff, promoting excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment.
• Monitor course performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Deliver 7–12 hours of high-quality teaching weekly as a role model for the team.
• Work closely with stakeholders to enhance learner employability, including work placements and progression opportunities.
