Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Chase overdue payments via phone, email, and written communications.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of credit control activities.
• Prepare reports on outstanding debts and payment trends.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries.
• Assist with setting and reviewing credit limits.
• Support the wider finance team with ad hoc duties.
