Job summary

Linklaters’ Re:link platform for contract lawyers is looking for high-calibre general commercial lawyers for interim assignments to support clients on a range of commercial contract matters, helping them manage legal risk and deliver practical solutions.

We are particularly interested in lawyers with experience in data regulation, AI regulation and governance, online harms and the Online Safety Act, and cyber security, with UK experience and at least three years’ post-qualification experience.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial contracts drafting, review and negotiation skills.
• Experience in contract management and dispute resolution.
• Knowledge of intellectual property rights.
• Solid understanding of UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
• At least three years’ post-qualification experience.
