We welcome lawyers with expertise across corporate, commercial and energy who are interested in flexible consulting assignments, including AI infrastructure and hyperscale environments, to work with one of the world’s leading law firms on complex Data Centre matters.

Qualifications

• Strong private practice and/or in-house experience.
• Proven track record in relevant practice areas.
• Ability to work flexibly and integrate quickly into client matters.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Data Centre acquisitions, joint ventures and investments.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts for development, operation and service delivery.
• Address energy, power and infrastructure issues in Data Centre projects.
• Provide strategic advisory for clients in the digital infrastructure sector, including AI infrastructure.
