Job summary

IO is seeking an Interim Home Manager to lead a 5-bed children's home in Somerset. The role is a 3–6 month contract, onsite five days a week, with immediate start and MS Teams interview availability.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with children who have learning disabilities, and must hold a DBS on the update service to ensure safeguarding compliance and smooth operation. You will manage daily care routines and liaise with professionals, families, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a 5-bed children’s home.
• Experience working with children with learning disabilities.
• DBS on update service is required.
