Job summary

Artlogic Media Limited in London is seeking an interim Head of Customer Success to lead a newly formed team including High, Medium and Low touch and Migrations, guiding through a period of change. You will partner with the VP of Customers and executive team to improve processes, customer journeys, and performance, ensuring adoption, retention and expansion across Artlogic and ArtCloud.

Qualifications

• Significant Customer Success leadership experience in SaaS.
• Proven track record of transforming teams and processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CS function through transformation with clear priorities and accountability.
• Define operating rhythms, KPIs, and governance across health, adoption, retention and expansion.
• Coach CSMs and team leads, and support senior escalations.
• Align CS with Sales, Product, Marketing and Support to drive customer outcomes.
• Build scalable, Commercial customer success operating model for growth.
