Job summary

Artlogic, London-based, is seeking an Interim Head of Customer Success to lead a newly formed CS function across Artlogic and ArtCloud. You will shape strategy, align products and teams, and drive adoption, retention and expansion. This is a 15-month interim role with hybrid working requiring 2 days in the London office each week.

You will build leadership capability, embed scalable ways of working, and ensure a high-performing CS organisation that supports Artlogic’s growth.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in SaaS or technology with a focus on customer success transformations.
• Proven ability to build and develop high-performing CS teams and leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Success function through transformation with clear priorities and ownership.
• Improve operating model, journeys, processes, and tooling for consistency and outcomes.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and reporting across health, adoption, retention and expansion.
