Job summary

Eton Bridge Partners is seeking a commercially minded Interim CFO for a £500m PE-backed SaaS business in Central London. The role is six months, with a requirement to be in the office 3-4 days per week.

You will partner with the CEO and executive team to drive growth, lead finance across FP&A, commercial finance, and financial control, manage investor relations, and oversee a major ERP implementation and finance transformation.

Qualifications

• SaaS experience in £200m+ turnover businesses.
• Strong investor and board-level credibility.
• Proven leadership of senior finance teams and business leaders.
• Commercial Operating CFO mindset, not purely technical or reporting-led.
• Experience leading through change, transformation, and growth.
• International experience across multi-country operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping drive business performance and organisational alignment.
• Lead an established finance leadership team across FP&A, commercial finance, and financial control.
• Manage relationships with a sophisticated private equity investor base and board stakeholders.
• Support ongoing growth initiatives, acquisitions, and integration activities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and operational finance performance.
• Play a key role in a multi-phase finance transformation programme.
• Provide executive sponsorship and oversight for a major ERP implementation and wider business systems enhancements.
• Help sharpen decision-making, governance, and commercial performance across the organisation.
