Page Personnel is handling an Interim CFO role for a PE-backed services business in Manchester. The role requires office presence and will steer the finance team through a critical period of change, delivering accurate reporting, cashflow management and an aligned financial plan in partnership with the board.

You will lead a small finance team, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and hand over to the permanent CFO when the transition occurs.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to quickly build relationships with board-level internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven financial leadership experience in environments of change.
• Strategic and commercial skills to appraise a new strategic plan.
• Hands-on approach with a small finance team.
• Thrives in a busy interim role with clear deliverables.
• Experience in investor-backed businesses helpful but not essential.

• Providing a stabilising presence to a business and finance team in a key period of change.
• Quickly gaining control of financial performance including timely and accurate financial reporting and cashflow management.
• Supporting the board's strategic direction by formulating an aligned financial plan and challenging assumptions.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team to maintain operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including auditors and investors.
• Hand over to the new permanent CFO when appropriate.
