Aufgaben

• Responsible for maintaining and developing innovative and challenging curriculum using up-to-date course design strategies.
• Developing teaching, assessment and learning practices to ensure sector leading learning experiences for all learners.
• Liaise with key external relevant stakeholders to support curriculum development and ensure the offer remains current and future proof.
• Undertake a strong and supportive line management function, including setting and monitoring of performance management, individual and team development and staff recruitment and retention in line with the College’s Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
• Defining and delivering the departmental budget ensuring appropriate allocation of departmental resources to support academic programmes.
