Job summary

Wyatt Partners is assisting a major insurance institution in London to appoint an Interim Chief Data Officer. The role reports to the COO and collaborates with the senior leadership to shape data strategy and governance across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will lead the development of data infrastructure, data acquisition, and governance while working with business leaders to plan succession and guide the Data Science function for future strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-scale data infrastructure and collection strategies.
• Experience dealing with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
• Insurance/financial services sector experience preferred.

• Develop and drive the data strategy and governance framework for the organization.
• Build data infrastructure, improve data acquisition/collection, and strengthen governance processes.
