Wyatt Partners in London is seeking a Chief Data Officer to sit just below the Executive Board and report to the CIO. The role will be responsible for managing and driving value from data produced by the company’s 20,000+ retail outlets.

You will lead data architecture, analytics, data science and digital transformation across a global business, building a high-performing team and delivering measurable revenue and efficiency improvements.

• Track record of data & digital transformation within enterprise-level organisations.
• Ability to communicate Data Analytics strategy at a C-Suite level.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with significant ability to grow and motivate teams.

Mansioni

• Establish strong data foundations including data architecture, data management, and analytics.
• Build a leadership team under the CDO for all key functions.
• Demonstrate clear revenue generation and optimisation goals to the Board.
• Act as the Data Champion across the company with stakeholders bought into transformation.
