Job summary

Elevate Projects Ltd in Central East London is seeking an experienced Capital Project Manager (Interim) to lead multi-million-pound capital works from inception to post-completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget compliance.

You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team, manage design reviews, procurement, and contract administration, while liaising with residents, officers, and external consultants to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent construction management experience.
• Experience in contract administration and capital projects from inception to completion.
• Strong budget control, cash flow and final accounts review.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to liaise with residents and officers.
• Proficient IT skills including Google Workspace and data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects across RIBA/Council stages delivering on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Act as Contract Administrator for framework call-offs and contracts, overseeing tenders and instructions.
• Manage spend profiles, approve payments, and review pricing with QS.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to drive time, cost, quality, and resident satisfaction.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and respond to complex enquiries.
• Advise on procurement methods and present projects for approvals.
