Park Avenue is seeking a Building Safety & Compliance Manager on an interim basis. The role focuses on delivering robust resident and building safety, driving compliance across fire, gas, electrical, asbestos, water hygiene and lifts, and reporting to senior leadership.

You will lead a small team, manage contractor performance and ensure statutory obligations are met, with hybrid working and a 3-6 month contract offering an opportunity to contribute to safety across a respected housing portfolio.

Competenze

• Extensive experience in housing compliance or building safety.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety compliance.
• Experience managing contractors and large-scale compliance programmes.
• Leadership with a drive for continuous improvement.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a small team responsible for resident and building safety.
• Oversee compliance programmes including fire, gas, electrical, asbestos, water hygiene and lifts.
• Ensure all statutory and regulatory obligations are met.
• Support Building Safety Act requirements, including safety case development and reporting.
