Job Description:

We are recruiting for an experienced Interim Associate HR Business Partner to join a high-profile client in the education sector for a period of 12 months, based in central London on a hybrid basis. You will support the Senior HR Business Partner and contribute to the development and implementation of key people strategies. This role requires expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, and organisational change.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in implementing the People Plan, supporting workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and diversity initiatives.
2. Provide guidance to managers on policies, employment best practices, and compliance.
3. Lead on complex employee relations casework, ensuring effective case management.
4. Support organisational restructuring, change management, and TUPE transfers.
5. Analyse HR data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
6. Manage employment tribunal activities, liaising with legal advisors and ensuring documentation quality.
7. Develop and deliver management training programmes.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organisational change. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills are essential to build relationships across the organisation.
