Job summary

Reed is seeking an experienced ASB Localities Officer to join a forward-thinking Community Safety team in a busy London Borough. You will investigate anti-social behaviour, support vulnerable residents and deliver enforcement interventions to improve safety.

You'll manage complex investigations, gather evidence, prepare legal documentation and work with Police, housing providers and partners to achieve lasting solutions. This is an interim assignment designed for an experienced professional.

Qualifications

• Proven ASB case management experience in local government, housing, policing, or community safety.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise demanding workload.
• Experience in a multi-agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate reports of anti-social behaviour and nuisances.
• Manage complex and sensitive caseloads.
• Gather evidence and prepare enforcement cases.
• Liaise with Police, housing providers and partners for outcomes.
• Attend multi-agency meetings and engage with residents.
