Job summary

Reaseheath College and University Centre is seeking an Interim Learner Recruitment & Engagement Officer for a 12‑month fixed term, part‑time (34 hours/week) role near Nantwich, Cheshire. You will coordinate apprenticeship assessment days, support recruitment events and engage with schools and external agencies to attract learners.

The role requires GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C or equivalent, strong admin skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to drive improvements within the team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead apprentice assessment centres for eligible applicants.
• Support open day events and recruitment drives.
• Engage with schools, colleges and external agencies to attract learners onto Apprenticeships.
• Manage NAS vacancy postings and follow up with unsuccessful learners.
