A well-respected Cornwall-based company is seeking an Interim Accountant/Finance Manager based in Redruth for a 2–3 month contract. The role involves managing day-to-day finances and support for budgeting and forecasting. Ideal candidates will be qualified accountants (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) and confident to start immediately. • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare management accounts, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning.
• Maintain fixed asset register and oversee petty cash.
• Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Interim Accountant/Finance Manager – Redruth

Trial Balance Consulting are working with a well-respected Cornwall-based company to recruit an Interim Senior Accountant/Finance Manager for a 2–3 month contract. Flexible hours (full or part-time) and on-site working.

This is a hands‑on, senior role, working closely with the senior members of the company to manage the small but mighty finance function, strengthen processes, support growth and cover a busy period.

Key Responsibilities
