Atkinson Moss is supporting a key client in a transition phase seeking an Interim Accountant to hit the ground running. You will take full ownership of the month-end close, perform P&L analysis and balance sheet reconciliations, and deliver high-quality financial support from day one.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification and proven interim experience, with the ability to integrate into a new team quickly and collaborate with senior stakeholders on financial reporting and compliance.

The Brief

• Month-End Leadership: Full ownership of the month-end close, including P&L analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing management accounts and providing clear variance analysis for senior stakeholders.
• Audit & Compliance: Supporting year-end prep and ensuring all statutory obligations are met.
• Process Improvement: Identifying "quick wins" to streamline existing finance workflows.

What You'll Need

• Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA (Qualified).
