Boost Talent is seeking an experienced Interaction Designer (SFIA Level 4) for a public sector digital programme. The role requires GDS-aligned delivery, strong user-centred design skills, and BPSS clearance in a hybrid UK-based setup.

You'll design end-to-end journeys, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate across researchers, designers, developers and product managers. Experience with Figma and accessibility is essential.
