Qualifications
- Experience in digital, design, content or user research roles.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles.
- Ability to use evidence and research to inform decisions.
- Experience working within agile delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Passion for accessibility, inclusion and delivering high-quality digital services.
- Requires BBSS/SC Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the design and delivery of user-centred digital services.
- Using research, data and evidence to inform decisions and improve user experiences.
- Creating accessible and inclusive solutions that meet government standards.
- Working collaboratively within agile, multidisciplinary teams.
- Communicating insights, recommendations and design decisions to stakeholders.
- Continuously iterating and improving services based on user feedback and business needs.
