Qualifications

• GCSE passes ideally at grades A–C (including Maths and English).
• A-level calibre expected; university degree not mandatory but strong academic performance valued.
• Strong general computer literacy with proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support across all aspects of the Inter-Office Trading service.
• Deliver active coverage across all team shift patterns to ensure seamless business continuity.
• Maintain a primary focus on the Inter-Office Trading Market Oversight function, including risk reviews and evidence gathering.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to support operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Apply understanding of Matching Rules to ensure accurate trade processing.
• Maintain procedures, controls and audit records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in projects and testing to support system reliability and user readiness.
