Job summary

Coventry City Council is recruiting two Intensive Support Youth Worker posts to help young people facing difficulties by delivering intervention programmes and targeted youth work. You will lead, develop and deliver services such as the Turnaround Programme, and provide consultations to colleagues as needed.

Applicants should hold a JNC Professional Qualification in Youth Work, with at least 12 months post-qualification experience and a solid understanding of evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• JNC Professional Qualification in Youth Work required.
• Minimum 12 months post-qualification experience in youth work.
• Knowledge of evidence-based youth work interventions and practice.

Responsibilities
