Job summary

Aspire Housing and Personal Development Services is seeking an Intensive Support Worker (Drivers only) to provide person-centred in-home support across Scotland. You will assist with health needs, personal care, and follow care plans with the team and families.

Applicants must hold a Manual UK Driving Licence with access to your own car, be flexible across shift patterns, and willing to undertake specialist training to develop professionally within our employee-owned organisation.

Qualifications

• Manual UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and nights.
• Willingness to undertake specialist training and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive in-home support tailored to the individual's needs.
• Support physical and mental health as per care plans.
• Deliver personal care and daily living assistance.
