Job summary

Aspire Housing and Personal Development Services is seeking an Intensive Support Worker (Drivers only) to provide person-centred in-home support across Scotland. You will assist with health needs, personal care, and follow care plans with the team and families.

Applicants must hold a Manual UK Driving Licence with access to your own car, be flexible across shift patterns, and willing to undertake specialist training to develop professionally within our employee-owned organisation.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Provide intensive support to individuals in their homes, ensuring person-centred care
• Assist with clinical and healthcare needs, monitoring mental and physical health as per care plans
• Deliver personal care and support as needed
• Follow outcome-focused support plans, collaborating with internal teams, health professionals, and families
• Undertake specialist training to meet the competency requirements set out by health partners
