We are looking for an experienced and analytical Intelligence & Insights Analyst to join our Adults, Health and Wellbeing Commissioning and Quality team. In this role, you'll provide strategic intelligence, expert analysis and evidence-based insight that supports services, communities and organisational priorities across the county.
This role operates on a hybrid basis, with two days per week in the office. During your induction, you may be asked to attend the office more frequently to help you settle into the role and complete your training.

The Government has confirmed that local government across Lancashire will be reorganised, with the current 15 councils being replaced by four new unitary councils covering North, South, East and West Lancashire from April 2028.
If you are successful in your application, you will initially join Lancashire County Council. However, as part of the planned transition, your employment will transfer to one of the new unitary councils from April 2028, subject to the implementation of the reorganisation and relevant employment legislation.
