Life Balance Chiropractic Centre in Poole, Dorset is seeking a Practice Manager (Integrator) to lead a 12+ team and oversee daily operations. The role blends hands-on client-facing work with strategic leadership to turn priorities into action and build a culture of excellence.

You’ll manage people, improve processes and drive business growth while staying close to clients and the team to ensure high standards and a superior client experience.

Qualifications

• Ideally 5+ years leading and managing teams.
• No chiropractic or healthcare experience required.
• Strong people and operational leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead from inside the operation, working with frontline shifts.
• Create and maintain a culture that delivers excellence for clients and staff.
• Balance priorities: lead people, build the vision, execute the business plan.
